Thisday, another Nigerian newspaper, today published its rankings of Ministers in the recently dissolved federal cabinet.

It took a more pessimistic view of the performance of both the former Minister of Health, Professor Onyebuchi Chukwu and the Minister of State in the health ministry, Alhaji Suleiman Bello. Both were rated below average.
The newspaper was unimpressed with most of President Jonathan’s cabinet, scoring the majority average or below average. The only ministers it considered above average were:
Chief John Ode (Environment); Prof. Sheikh Abdullahi (Agric. and Rural Devt); Mr. Humphrey Abba (Police Affairs); Mr. Odein Ajumogobia (Foreign Affairs); Prof. Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufa’i (Education); Prof. Mohammed Abubakar Ka’Oje (Science and Technology); and Taoheed Adedoja (National Sports Commission).
